Centralize information from all your remote and spreaded processes.
Wirelessly connect water level, flow rate and other remote process sensors wirelessly to your information systems.
Up to 15 km radio communication range to reach monitoring systems installed in areas with low accessibility or with obstacles in the line of sight.
Industry-grade equipment that can function in extreme weather conditions with minimum maintenance for up to 25 years.
Remote monitoring of crucial process components in dispersed assets, such as water flows and pumps, is pivotal for informed decision-making in industries reliant on distributed infrastructure. However, engineers are hindered by the technological challenges of providing reliable data in isolated areas or vast distances where these infrastructure tend to be located. IoT solutions must be chosen wisely to withstand harsh environmental conditions and really help to mitigate the operational risks of these industrial assets.
Leverage your existing geotechnical or structural monitoring systems to include dewatering and other flow monitoring systems into the same network. Minimize capital and operational costs, optimizing your existing Worldsensing long-range communication networks.
Provide reliable data directly into your project’s decision-making software. Worldsensing networks are highly configurable to stream data with the right frequency and format, using the standard file transport protocols for seamless integration with any third-party software.
Worldsensing networks can operate in a local, standalone configuration for controlled monitoring projects, or in a cloud-based, multi-network configuration for overall project management, ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements.
Worldsensing provides wireless connectivity to several remote process monitoring systems, as well as providing integrated solutions. Explore the various wireless connectivity options Worldsensing offers to meet your unique monitoring needs.
Monitor the pumping rate using a water meter connected to a Piconode to verify the performance of the dewatering system. Additionally, measure water inflows into tailings dams, irrigation quantification in dump and heap leaching and other processes.
Different sensors compatible with Worldsensing data loggers can monitor flow in open channels and seepage collection ditches. For instance, non-contact level sensors using radar or ultrasonic technology can connect to the Analog 4-channel data logger. Additionally, a vibrating wire weir monitor and a V-notch can measure flow in an open channel using a Vibrating Wire 1-channel data logger. Some of these sensors are also suitable for monitoring tailings pond levels.
Control motor and pump protection systems connecting them to the Digital Logger. Monitor water flow and performance in dewatering operations with a Variable Frequency Drive (VDF) and a flowmeter connected to a ThreadX3.
Discover how Worldsensing has made a positive impact, providing reliable solutions and exceptional support.
The adoption of Worldsensing IoT technology eliminates the need for cabling, reduces manual monitoring and allows significant savings up to 30% on the acquisition of materials and infrastructure and up to 40% on installation.Read success story

We haven’t had to change the batteries yet. The Worldsensing devices in our project draw very little power and vibrating wire piezometers also require little power compared to other instruments. We expect the solution to easily have a 10-year battery life.Read success story

A great advantage of the Worldsensing system is the ability to change the reading frequency from a click of a finger without the need to go on site. So no need to access every logger to change it, it can all be done online.

Worldsensing products are very easy to use. We can connect any type of sensor: strain gauges, extensometers, piezometers… we often install simultaneously with other trades on site, being able to connect to the logger in just a few minutes saves the customer time and money.Read success story

In spite of being installed in boreholes with steel covers, or behind the body of the dam with no line of sight to the gateway, the Worldsensing nodes are able to transmit data without the need for repeaters.Read success story
