A secondary, low-power accelerometer enables trigger-based monitoring in response to seismic activity or ground movement detection. This supports a new class of event-driven applications.
The G7 tiltmeters can be set to trigger real-time alerts with less than 2 seconds of latency.
Integrated temperature and humidity sensors monitor internal conditions to detect issues like enclosure failure or improper sealing.
Choose external antenna for full range capabilities or an internal antenna for applications such as railway tracks where it’s important to minimize the potential risk for external parts.
3-axis inclination with respect to gravity’s direction and a range of ± 90⁰.
Previous configuration available in the app to quickly configure a set of tiltmeters within the same project.
Wireless configuration with the Worldsensing App. USB-C connector is also available.
Supports high-capacity D-size batteries for up to 10 years of operation, depending on configuration and reporting rate.
The G7 Tiltmeter lets you choose between operational modes in addition to periodic readings so you can tailor data collection to your project needs. These modes optimize workflows, extend battery life, and reduce the number of devices required in the field.
The G7 Tiltmeter’s motion detection sensor actively monitors changes in angle, angular velocity, and acceleration. When a significant movement is detected, it triggers the primary sensor to capture detailed measurements—exactly when you need them.
You can customize when and how many measurements are taken—on event, after event, both, or across multiple events—and set delays and cooldown periods to match your monitoring needs.
This intelligent mode reduces unnecessary data transmission, keeps battery consumption low, and focuses on the movements that matter most, giving you actionable insights without overloading your system.
The G7 Tiltmeter continuously monitors tilt at 3.9 Hz, instantly checking measurements against configurable thresholds.
If a threshold is exceeded, the system sends an alert in under 2 seconds and automatically increases reporting frequency to capture detailed data during the event. Once the movement stabilizes, monitoring returns to its standard reporting interval, ensuring efficient, focused, and timely insights.
Recommended surface mounting
LS-ACC-IN15-HP plate for horizontal and vertical mounting. Secures with anchor rods or glue and features a threaded hole for a monitoring prism or leveling screw.
Horizontal surface mounting for rail tracks
Using the LS-ACC-IN-HPTM horizontal surface mounting plate for track monitoring. Designed to be glue to the surface for fast and robust fixing.
Horizontal surface mounting with double plate
Versatile double plate LS-ACC-IN15DP for horizontal mounting without opening the device. Attaches with glue and features a threaded hole for a monitoring prism or leveling screw.
Vertical mounting using magnets
Using the LS-ACC-MRHP mounting plate with LS-ACC-MAG magnet kit attached to the back of the plate to mount on metallic surfaces.
Mounting on a tilt beam
Using the compact LS-ACC-IN-HPTM horizontal surface mounting plate. Designed to be glued to the surface for fast and robust fixing.
Pole mounting
Using the LS-ACC-LVP L-shaped mounted on a 50 mm pole with WS-ACC-U50 u-bolts.
Discover how to resolve ground movements monitoring in different scenarios easily and cost-effectively with the Worldsensing Tiltmeter.
Loadsensing G7 Tiltmeter offers a cost-effective way to monitor cant and twist in rail tracks, particularly in geohazard-prone areas. With G7’s trigger-mode monitoring, a secondary low-power accelerometer detects movements such as train passages and activates the main sensor to capture inclination data. This approach minimizes power use and data load while ensuring continuous, reliable oversight, with all results processed in CMT.
Monitor static deflections of piles, piers, and decks using Tilt-XHP. Enhance data robustness with a 3-in-1 Laser Tiltmeter, which includes distance laser measurements to a reference point in the monitoring process.
When rapid detection is necessary for real-time decision-making, use G7 Tiltmeters event detection operational mode. It offers less than 2 seconds of latency for movement detection. Paired with in-field cameras connected through Thread X3, they form a complete Early Warning System for end-to-end solution for effective risk management.
Leverage our readily available solution bundles to address specific monitoring needs. Combine Worldsensing technology with seamless integrations for an optimal monitoring experience.
Early Warning System
