In a continued effort to foster an inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace, Worldsensing has officially renewed its commitment to the European Diversity Charter for another year.
As a signatory since 2021, the company reaffirms its pledge to promote diversity, eradicate discrimination, and ensure equal growth opportunities for all team members across its global operations.
“By signing a diversity charter, an organization commits to promoting diversity and equal opportunities for its staff, recognizing unique perspectives as a core strength for innovation and long-term sustainability.”

Principles of diversity into practice
The European Diversity Charter, coordinated in Spain by Fundación Diversidad under the umbrella of the European Commission, invites companies and institutions to commit to ten core principles. These guidelines serve as a roadmap for embedding equality and fairness into everyday business operations.
As a renewed signatory, Worldsensing continues to uphold these 10 key commitments:
- Raise awareness: Promote principles of equal opportunity and respect for diversity, integrating them into the company’s core values.
- Build a diverse workforce: Ensure hiring processes and workplace policies do not discriminate on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, age, or disability.
- Promote inclusive culture: Ensure fair onboarding and career progression while actively preventing all forms of direct or indirect workplace discrimination.
- Embed D&I in HR policies: Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) criteria into human resource practices, talent development, and leadership training.
- Support work-life balance: Maintain flexible mechanisms that help team members align professional responsibilities with personal and family life.
- Value client & stakeholder diversity: Recognize diverse customer bases and markets as drivers for product innovation and service expansion.
- Engage employees: Clearly communicate diversity commitments to all staff members and encourage active participation across departments.
- Extend to suppliers: Encourage vendors, partners, and supply chain partners to voluntarily adopt similar inclusive practices.
- Impact the ecosystem: Promote the Charter’s principles within the broader business ecosystem, including public administration, trade unions, and industry peers.
- Measure and report: Include diversity-related initiatives, milestones, and outcomes within the company’s annual reporting.
