Services portfolio improves end-to-end offering and is helping to make customer projects more successful

Worldsensing has unveiled an extensive suite of value-added services to complement its industry leading wireless Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring technology and products.

Looking to continuously meet the needs of customers, the services, all available from a dedicated page on the Worldsensing website, comprise:

  • Extended warranties of up to three years beyond the initial two-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase that Worldsensing offers on all its products, giving customers additional peace of mind on long-term projects.
  • Fast-track ordering that guarantees order preparation within two days and optional delivery direct to project sites, helping speed up deployments and address the need for new equipment in critical or time-sensitive situations.
  • Project/installation support and technical account management from experienced Worldsensing application engineers, allowing for hands-on learning with technology experts and speeding up troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Customized product and application training to complement standard initial onboarding sessions, allowing for faster and more efficient remote IoT monitoring deployments and the ability to discuss and address problems with a Worldsensing expert.
  • Device pre-configuration for Worldsensing wireless tiltmeters and laser tilt devices, to get equipment up and running on project sites as quickly as possible and ensure critical monitoring data starts flowing without delay.
  • Gateway upgrades and updates to the latest version of CMT Edge, to maximize hardware investments, extend the lifetime of equipment and leverage the latest technology developments for remote monitoring.
  • Wireless tiltmeter recalibration, including disassembly and inspection of mechanical components, to ensure optimal performance of Worldsensing tiltmeters and safeguard the accuracy of monitoring data.
  • Premium return merchandise authorization (RMA) to get replacement units as soon as an RMA has been authorized, ensuring monitoring data keeps flowing on critical infrastructure projects.

Value-added services
