In a continued effort to promote a more inclusive and respectful workplace, Worldsensing has renewed its commitment to the European Diversity Charter for the fourth consecutive year. As a long-standing signatory since 2021, the company reaffirms its pledge to foster diversity, combat discrimination, and ensure equal opportunities for all team members.
The European Diversity Charter is a manifesto that promotes 10 European principles reflecting the commitment of companies and institutions to equal opportunities in the workplace. Whether in terms of gender, age, disability, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or any other individual, social, or cultural condition, organizations signing on to this movement recognize and value diversity as a fundamental asset for business success and sustainability.

Principles of diversity into practice
The European Diversity Charter, coordinated in Spain by Fundación Diversidad, invites organizations to commit to ten key principles that guide the promotion of equality and respect for difference in the workplace. As a signatory, Worldsensing is committed to:
- Raising awareness about the principles of equal opportunity and respect for diversity, and including them as company values.
- Building a diverse workforce without discriminating on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, age, disability, or any other circumstance.
- Promoting inclusion by ensuring fair onboarding processes and eliminating all forms of direct or indirect discrimination at work.
- Embedding diversity considerations across all human resources policies.
- Supporting work-life balance through mechanisms that align work responsibilities with personal and family life.
- Recognizing client diversity as a driver for innovation and service development.
- Sharing this commitment with all staff and ensuring adherence to these principles across the organization.
- Extending this commitment to suppliers, encouraging them to voluntarily adopt the Charter’s values.
- Promoting the Charter’s principles within the broader business ecosystem, including public administrations, unions, and professional organizations.
- Including diversity-related actions and outcomes in the company’s annual reporting.
A lasting journey
Worldsensing’s workforce today includes professionals from more than 30 countries, with continued efforts to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, and support for working parents. These efforts reflect a broader cultural commitment to building a workplace where every individual feels respected, empowered, and valued.
