Solutions Sales Manager Vitenam

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to manage the solutions sales process with new and existing direct customers and partners in Vietnam in the construction, smart cities, and safe cities verticals.

You will manage the sales process with direct customers and partners in Vietnam. Develop trust relationships with clients to ensure they do not turn to competition, and expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Your responsabilities

  • Manage existing accounts develop and execute plans to proliferate the OneMind and thereby drive up usage and revenue.
  • Build, maintain and execute territory business plan in accordance with Worldsensing sales objectives.
  • Take ownership of, and manage, the bid management process for opportunities where Worldsensing is required to take direct project responsibility for implementing a solution.
  • Qualify opportunities and do the first level of assessment and consulting with the client to initiate the definition of customer pain and target solution.
  • Provide day to day guidance to the pre-sales support and engineering team
  • Provide feedback to Products on product requirements, pricing issues, and competitive activity
  • Develop plans for and manage customer trials and proof of concepts.
  • Provide regular accurate forecasts for orders, revenue, and inserts using Worldsensing’s CRM system.
  • Maintain an up to date database of sales opportunities in the region.

Our requirements

  • Proven track record and experience in working in Vietnam.
  • Experience of solution selling and the required internal disciplines to ensure business won is contracted with minimum risk for the customer and Worldsensing. Has experience in working under some form of sales methodology (SPIN, SNAP, Challenger, Miller-Heiman)
  • Experience in Selling into Public or Government Authorities
  • Excellent knowledge of IOT or Industrial Process Software sales in the region and experience of IOT, Analytical Software for Business Services would be plus.
  • Fluent to articulate and present in English and Vietnamese, Spanish would be a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a network of partners and agents

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Results driven “achiever” who works effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Energy, persistence, and patience consistent with developing a sales territory for a VC backed software business
  • Fast learner person, able to understand the product and the audience/Industry
  • Availability to travel unrestricted as needed in the region or to Spain
  • Must be prepared to reside for long periods in the region (2 – 3 weeks/month)


  • Higher education, English and Vietnamese speaker
  • 5 years’ experience in Sales of which at least 1 year in Vietnam
  • Engineering or Computer Science Degree
