About the project

This project focuses on developing and pilot testing a new system and constructive methodology for the energy maintenance of buildings. It will minimize the use of wires and power consumption, because the system will be able to harvest the excess energy from the building. The system will consist of different wireless sensor networks that are interconnected with actuators operating on power consumers (like lighting and climate). It will have minimum wiring requirements and harvest energy from the environment.
