What would you like people to know about you?

I have quite an international background: I have lived and worked in six countries and worked with colleagues, customers and partners all over the globe. I value working in a company that is multicultural and is engaged in challenging projects.

What has made you feel included at work?

The fact that English is the most-spoken language and nationality doesn’t matter when it comes to working in an international environment. Here it doesn’t matter where you’re from: we’re all working on the same goal. What I like about the company is it’s still like a scaled-up startup. You do not just focus only on your department and your job. You work closely with many departments and many people from different countries and backgrounds. It really matters and makes a difference.

How do you think each person can help create an inclusive environment at work?

By understanding that cultures and habits are different around the world. Sometimes it can be very enriching and at the same time also be a bit of a struggle. It’s a continuous learning process.
