Pablo Ventura Aranguren, Advisor to Worldsensing, is Industrial Engineer from ICAI and Agricultural Engineer Agricultural and Food Industries, Polytechnic University of Madrid. He has a decade-long extensive experience as an investment analyst at the Foundation for Innovation Jose Manuel Entrecanales, specialized in financial risk.
Jaime Moretó Rabasa, Advisor to Worldsensing, is a Civil Engineer for Channels and Bridges from the School of Civil Engineering and Ports of Madrid. He has extensive international experience building both large-scale infrastructures and civil buildings. He has spent over twenty years negotiating and managing large construction contracts in the international arena, ten of which reside in the Americas. He began his career in Entrecanales and Tavora SA; later in NECSO Entrecanales Covers, SA; and finally in Acciona Infraestructuras, SA; before joining the Foundation José Manuel Entrecanales.
Luis Rivera Novo, Advisor to Worldsensing, has been director of FJME (Fundación José Manuel Entrecanales) which acts as investment branch of José Manuel Entrecanales in clean tech companies and social projects, among others.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Endesa Internacional from 2002-2007. Endesa International holds all Endesa’s in Latin America. It has approximately 14,000 MW of installed capacity and serves 11 million customers in the region In 2004, the company generated an EBITDA of 1.6 billion euro and a Net Income of 270 million euro.
Mr. Rivera joined Endesa in 1998 as Executive Vice President of Planning and Resources. Mr. Rivera has served as a Director of several Endesa-Spain subsidiaries including Electra de Viesgo, Compañía Sevillana de Electricidad and Enersis. Mr. Rivera is also the Chairman of Endesa Chile (EOC) that holds all Endesa’s generation assets in Latam and is listed in Bolsa de Santiago (Chile), New York Stock Exchange and Latibex.
Before joining Endesa, Mr. Rivera he worked as a consultant for McKinsey since 1986 and was appointed partner in that firm in 1991. While at McKinsey, he specialized in the energy and financial.
Mr. Rivera holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA degree from INSEAD.
